  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Wash and scrub potatoes well
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges by cutting in half length wise, and then into 3-5 wedges
  4. Put wedges in a bowl, cover with ice water, and let sit for 30 minutes
  5. Put sea salt, black pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a large storage bag and cover with olive oil until all the seasonings are combined
  6. Dry potato wedges well with paper towels
  7. Put potato wedges in the large storage bag of olive oil and seasoning, zip, and shake well to cover the potatoes in the mixture
  8. Place seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil laying them as flat as possible
  9. Roast potatoes in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown
  10. (Optional) Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
